WHY??? Why would you even need a whole new you? After all, you are, and always have been, the perfect you at any given moment in time. You were exactly who you needed to be in order to end up where you are now.

If you don’t like where you have ended up, then choose to make some changes that will enhance the you that you are becoming. Take some interesting and/or challenging classes, try a new hobby, modify the internal messages that you send yourself, look at the world through altered filters.

Just don’t throw out the entire package of YOU. There is so much in the present bundle of you to work with. Use the current you as the springboard to the future you. Just remember to embrace the journey – and have fun along the way.
